Enrolment Terms and Conditions
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Fees & Payments

All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Invoices must be paid in full before the first lesson to secure enrolment.

Any Early Bird discount is void if payment is not made by the due date, and the full fee will apply.

Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons on time.

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, they must attend the designated make-up lesson (if offered).

Failure to attend the make-up lesson will result in the lesson being forfeited without refund or credit.

Behaviour & Participation

Students must engage respectfully and follow classroom rules.

Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the course without a refund.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

Changes to Schedule or Course Content

The provider reserves the right to modify class schedules, lesson content, or instructors as needed.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher illness), a replacement class or instructor may be arranged.

Liability & Responsibility

The centre is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students are picked up on time after classes.

Medical & Emergency Situations

Any medical conditions must be disclosed at enrolment.

In case of an emergency, appropriate action will be taken, and parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
